Made using food-safe non-toxic resin. Safe for cold food items.
Tip: If you're concerned about cutting on thr front of the board near resined area, just use the front for charcuterie/serving and use the back for cutting.
CARE
Do not serve hot food directly on the resin, only cold food.
To clean, use warm water and mild dish soap, then towel or air dry. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives, and do not use in dishwasher.
Keep item out of direct sunlight for periods of time. Even though the item has cured and the resin is stable, it will yellow over time, if left outdoors in direct UV light.
It's safe to cut on the wood, but do not cut on the resin, because it will scratch.
If you use the wood part of your product as a cutting board, you can buff out the knife marks with sandpaper, and re-oil.
Board has been pre-polished with a Food safe mineral oil to help preserve the wood. This should be done periodically, as this will help to keep your wood lasting longer.
